1 Definitions & Interpretation
The following words and phrases used in these Terms have the meanings described below:
- "Platform" — The 8iiii website (8iiii.bar) and all services and products operated under it.
- "User" / "You" — Any person who has registered on this platform or is using its services.
- "Account" — A user's own registered profile on the platform.
- "Wager" / "Bet" — The amount of money placed by a user to participate in a game or event.
- "Bonus" — Any incentive or additional funds provided by the platform, usable subject to specific conditions.
- "Wagering Requirement" — The required betting amount that must be met before any winnings from a bonus can be withdrawn.
- "Transaction" — Any deposit, withdrawal, or transfer of funds within an account.
In these Terms, singular words include the plural and vice versa. Gender-neutral interpretation applies.
2 Eligibility & Account Registration
2.1 Age & Eligibility Requirements
To open an account and use the services on 8iiii, you must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. This platform's services are only available to those aged 21 or older. Providing false information about your age is a serious violation and may result in immediate account closure.
2.2 One Person, One Account
Each person may register only one account. If a single person holds multiple accounts, all of them will be suspended and the balances of the associated accounts may be forfeited.
2.3 Accurate Information at Registration
You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. If false or misleading information is provided, 8iiii has the right to close the account and withhold all funds. If your details change, update your account immediately or notify the support team.
3 Account Security
The security of your account is entirely your own responsibility. Your login details (username and password) must be kept confidential and must not be shared with any third party.
- Use a strong and unique password — a combination of letters, numbers, and special characters.
- Do not use passwords from other websites on this platform.
- Always log out after using a public or shared computer.
- If you suspect that someone has accessed your account without authorization, notify the support team immediately.
You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account unless you have notified 8iiii of a security breach in writing. Transferring account ownership or access to anyone else is strictly prohibited.
4 Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Methods & Limits
Funds can be deposited on 8iiii through the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (for example — Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200. The maximum deposit limit depends on your account verification level and payment method.
4.2 Withdrawal Rules
The following terms apply to withdrawals:
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
- Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used for the deposit, unless otherwise approved.
- Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
- Additional documents may be requested for large withdrawal amounts if identity has not been verified.
- Withdrawals may be suspended if deposit conditions have not been met or if suspicious activity is detected.
4.3 Transaction Responsibility
It is your responsibility to provide accurate payment details when making deposits or withdrawals. 8iiii is not liable for any funds lost due to incorrect information. Using third-party accounts or payment methods is strictly prohibited — the account must be in the user's own name.
5 Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
8iiii offers new users a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,500, making the total balance ৳2,500. Or, depositing ৳14,000 gives the maximum bonus of ৳10,000, making the total balance ৳24,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirement
After receiving the welcome bonus, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount before the bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the total balance. For example: ৳1,500 bonus × 10 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.
- If the wagering requirement is not completed within a specified time from the date the bonus was received, the bonus will be cancelled.
- If a withdrawal is requested before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus and any potential winnings earned from it may be cancelled.
- Each promotion may have its own specific conditions — read the details of each offer carefully.
- Misuse of bonus benefits or claiming bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
5.3 Changes to Promotion Terms
8iiii reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel the terms of any bonus or promotion at any time. Notice of changes will be provided on the platform. Bonuses are not convertible to cash and are non-transferable.
6 VIP Program
The 8iiii VIP program has three tiers. Each tier provides weekly cashback and special benefits.
- Bronze Tier — Up to 0.3% weekly cashback. This tier is achieved through regular play.
- Silver Tier — Up to 0.7% weekly cashback. You can advance to this tier with more active participation than Bronze.
- Gold Tier — Up to 1.0% weekly cashback. The highest level of benefits and priority support are available.
Advancement to a VIP tier is determined based on your activity and participation on the platform. Cashback is automatically added to your account each week and is usable under specific conditions. 8iiii reserves the right to change cashback amounts and VIP benefits.
7 Gaming Rules
7.1 General Gaming Policy
All games on 8iiii are operated on the basis of fair play principles. Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) or live dealer method, which ensures impartiality. If a technical error affects a game's outcome, 8iiii reserves the right to cancel the relevant round.
7.2 Validity of a Bet
A bet is only considered valid when a confirmation message is sent from the platform. If a bet is not recorded due to a network issue, the bet will be considered void and the wagered amount will be returned to the account.
7.3 Maximum Win Limit
For certain games or promotions, a maximum win limit per single bet may apply. This limit will be stated in the details of the relevant game or promotion. If an abnormal win is displayed due to a technical error, 8iiii is not obligated to pay out that win.
7.4 Sports Betting
All bets in the sports betting section are subject to specified rules and conditions. If an event is cancelled or postponed, the wagered amount is generally returned, though different rules may apply in specific circumstances. In the event of a dispute over odds or the outcome of an event, 8iiii's decision is final.
8 Prohibited Conduct
Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited. Engaging in them will result in immediate account closure and the associated funds may be forfeited:
- Any form of fraud, deception, or manipulation.
- Opening multiple accounts or using a third party's identity.
- Money laundering or transacting with illegal funds.
- Using bots or automated software to play games.
- Exploiting system vulnerabilities or technical errors.
- Bonus abuse — claiming the same bonus more than once.
- Harassment or inappropriate behavior toward other users or staff.
- Reproducing or distributing platform content or software without permission.
In cases of suspicious activity, 8iiii may temporarily suspend any account for investigation purposes. Access to the account may be limited during the investigation.
9 Account Suspension & Closure
9.1 Closure Request by the User
You can request to close your account at any time. In that case, the account will be closed after all pending bets are settled and all available balance has been withdrawn. To request account closure, contact us at [email protected].
9.2 Termination by 8iiii
8iiii may close or suspend an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
- Participation in prohibited activities or suspicious behaviour.
- Providing false or misleading information.
- To comply with applicable legal or regulatory requirements.
After account closure, your valid balance will be returned, unless a forfeiture decision has been made due to fraud or prohibited activities.
10 Responsible Gaming

13 Amendments & Termination

If any part of these Terms and Conditions is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect. These Terms and Conditions replace any prior oral or written agreements and constitute the entire agreement.
